Parking

Resident Parking:

All Knolls residents may rent an outdoor parking space. Current fees are $60.14 per month. There are waiting lists for spaces in our garage, or in the Crescent driveway, where fees are higher. Residents may also request individual temporary “daily” parking spaces for guests.

Non-resident Parking:

When available, we rent spaces in our outdoor parking lot to non-residents, with fees as follows:

– 3 to 6 months: $273.17/month, parking tax incl.

– 6 months and longer: $212.49/month, parking tax incl.
